Return & Refund Policy

Because every piece of jewelry at THE ART 4 ALL LLC is handcrafted with care and uniquely designed, slight variations are normal and part of the charm of handmade work. These are not considered defects.

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at info@theart4all.com — we are always open to feedback and would love the opportunity to make things right where possible.


Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns only in the event that your jewelry arrives damaged due to shipping. To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide clear photos showing the damage.
  • You will be required to return the original item at your own shipping cost. Once received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed.

Please note:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Variations in color, texture, or appearance inherent in handmade items

We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not meet these conditions to prevent potential abuse of our small business policies.


Damages and Issues

Please carefully inspect your order when it arrives. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@theart4all.com with your order number and photos of the item.

We will review your case and provide further instructions.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our jewelry, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged. We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged by misuse, water exposure, or improper handling

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (if applicable), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
