Q: What happens if my earrings or jewelry arrive damaged?
A: We want you to love your earrings and jewelry! If they arrive damaged during shipping, please email us at [contact email] within 7 days of delivery. Weโll replace them for free โ simply return the damaged pair to us. Please note: return shipping costs for the damaged item are the customerโs responsibility.
Q: Can I return or exchange my earrings?
A: Because each earring is handcrafted and unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges for normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind. Thank you for understanding and supporting small-batch art!
Q: Are your earrings waterproof?
A: Our earrings are not waterproof. To keep them looking their best, please avoid getting them wet โ no swimming, showering, or sweaty workouts with them on!
Q: Will my earrings or piece of jewelry look exactly like the picture?
A: Each piece is individually hand-painted and crafted with love. This means there will be slight variations that make your earrings and piece of jewelry one-of-a-kind โ thatโs part of their charm!
Q: Are the earrings safe for sensitive ears?
A: We take care to use high-quality, hypoallergenic materials for our earring hooks and posts. However, because everybody is different, we cannot guarantee that our earrings and jewelry wonโt cause irritation or allergic reactions. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, please consult your doctor before wearing them.

A: We do not offer replacements for normal wear and tear. Our earrings are delicate, and we recommend handling them gently to keep them looking their best.
